My Dad dying gave me the strength to follow my passion to help others. Through my own journey of feeling abandonment as a baby, adopted, divorced parents, being overweight, failed mentally abusive marriage, cancer, struggling as a parent, post natal depression, low self esteem, not feeling good enough and lacking in self confidence, I didn’t want others to suffer as I did. I had been working in a professional management role for a corporate company for 18 years when I was driving to visit my dad on life support.
I then realized I wanted to make a difference to other peoples’ lives and free them from all the stress and trauma that I had suffered emotionally. So I decided to follow my passion to help others overcome all these things and more.
I have been helping people now for over 20 years both in groups, 1:1 & online. It’s a real privilege that people feel safe with me at a time when they feel most vulnerable. I’m proud to be able to use my story, experiences and training to help people break free and move forward from what has been holding them back. I love seeing the difference it makes to their lives as they get their smile and confidence back and now have the tools they need to move forward and lead a happy and full life.
