Anxiety & not sleeping
Havening helped me to calm my anxious feelings, help me sleep better and feel more in control. Natalie was able to put me at ease, was easy to talk to and showed me how to do the self havening so I can use it daily. I’ve started to use the process as part of my self care and it’s really helping me. It’s easy to do yourself once you know how. Thank you for making me feel better.
